Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved

Get Active Kids or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

Get Active Kids reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

We will not offer any refunds if classes have to be cancelled due to bad weather / site being unable to be used - instead you will be issued a voucher to use a future date.

If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Get Active Kids will offer a Voucher to be used in future.

FAQs

My child has a medical condition; do I need to tell you?

- All of this information will be stored on class 4 kids register which all of our staff have access too, however please do let us know on arrival.

What should my child bring?

- You need to bring suitable clothing, a spare set of clothes, a packed lunch, a water bottle, sun cream (in warm weather), and any additional medicine your child needs.

What should my child bring in their lunch?

- At Get Active Kids, we have a NO NUT policy. Please do not send your child with any foods that may contain nuts. Anything else is more than acceptable for you to pack your child with.

What should my child wear?

- Your child should wear clothes they are comfy and can run around in. We don’t recommend that your child wears jeans or smart trainers. Just something that your child can feel comfortable in!

My child left something at club, what do I do?

- Please contact our office and we will try our best to get it back to you. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for any lost items. We ask you not to send your children in with any toys/belongings from home as they may get lost. All lost property still with us 2 months after club has finished will be taken to a local charity shop.

My child is ill and cannot attend?

- If your child is ill please let us know via WhatsApp at your earliest convenience, you will be given a voucher to attend another time.

How will my child be grouped with other children?

- Each activity the children will get a choice of activities; we will try to group the children together as best we can with similar age children.

Will my child always be in the same group?

- No, after each activity we all come together so each child can choose their next activity.

What if my child doesn’t know anyone at the club?

- This isn’t anything to worry about, most of the children that start at the club are likely not to know anyone. We are an inclusive club and make everyone feel welcome. Our games and activities are suited for every child and our staff will go above and beyond to make sure every child is welcome.

What time should I bring my child?

- Registration opens at 9:30 and finishes at 10am – if you are late, don’t worry! Just contact our office and let them know.

What time should I collect my child?

- Our doors will open shortly before 3pm. Any Child not collected on time will receive a late collection penalty, which is charged at £10 for every 10 minutes you are late.
